I was very skeptical to place the order as I was concerned about quality. I’m so happy with the product. The picture is so cute and the size of the mug is great. They couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you🥰
Really happy with the finished product and likeness to my puppy. The AI used needs some work, it took a few tries to get a rendition that truly looked like her and not a random black German Shepherd. She also wears a tag with her name on it, and the AI would assign a random name to the tag. There is a small blemish inside the mug, but over all it is a great product especially for the price. I would order again.
As soon as I received the horse mug I thought it was so amazing I went in and ordered a second one of my friends puppy. These will be handed over to my friends for being our tour guide when we visited them in BC. Such an amazing product and great website. Thank you

Font was a little light on the swirls and one of the letters on the mug, however the mug itself is very good quality and I would recommend this product to anyone! I had two dogs on the mug so the picture isn't as big as the advertisement for that reason.
